Clarence Marshall Daniel, age 82 of Idabel was born July 1, 1927 to Bertha May Vaughn Daniel and Ben Daniel of Idabel. He died on April 20th, 2010 at McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel, OK.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Bertha Mae Vaughn Daniel, three children, Jimmy Daniel, Ruth Ann Daniel, and Edward Earl Daniel; three brothers, Mack Albert Daniel, Jerry Daniel, and Ed Daniel.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 63 years, Beatrice Violet Daniel, who he married on December 24th, 1947 in DeQueen, Arkansas; his children Bob and April Daniel of Idabel, OK; Roger and Tammy Daniel of Cordell, OK, Lou Ann and Sean McBriarty of Tulsa, Oklahoma and George Daniel of Idabel, OK; brothers, Joe Daniel and wife, Belva of Garvin, OK; Elbert Daniel and Bennie Daniel both of Queen City, Texas; sisters, Juanita Stuart of Ashdown, AR and Carolyn "Boots” Cummings, of Ashdown, AR; six grandsons, 7 granddaughters, 14 great-grandchildren and 9 nieces and nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the Norwood-Nation Funeral Home.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 23, 2010 at Norwood-Nation Chapel with the Rev. Kent House officiating. Interment will follow in Pauley Cemetery
